“Does this bike come with any preprogrammed rides? I ask because the specifications say there is not but it also says that when it comes to the iFit trial which is evidentially included for a year. Thanks!”

IFit is a 30 day trial for this bike. There are several options for training rides. You can also jump on it and set your resistance level and go.
