I know someone else answered that it's a year long, but the iFit customer service said the free 1-year trial doesn't apply to this bike and because it explicitly didn't say it comes with it in the product description (and the box it comes in says it's 30-day) so they couldn't help me. According to the Pro-form customer service, if you buy the bike directly from them, the 1-year iFit membership is included.

I just got off the phone with iFit and they were able to set me up with a 1-year trial iFit Family membership, which is authorized for these Carbon CX bikes from Best Buy. No special treatment involved. The customer service phone is (866) 608-1798 or it looks like you can text HELP to 97836. It's annoying there's no card in the box with a code, but at least it works!
