Hi there Your free trial membership activation code can be found within the box with your equipment. If you, however, do not see one included you can call our member care team and we will get you activated as well. You may also want to email us directly for assistance at [email protected]. The call system is 100% designed to redirect to web site or answer canned questions. This isn’t how I want to start a long relationship with a corporate entity. Buh bye ProForm & “Hello” Peloton.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well it's not in the box but it is included. What is included in the box is just a card for a 30-day trial. However, I phoned iFit and they were able to set me up with a 1-year trial iFit Family membership, which is authorized for these Carbon CX bikes from Best Buy. No special treatment involved. The customer service phone is (866) 608-1798 or it looks like you can text HELP to 97836. It's annoying you have to contact them for the 1-year membership, but at least it works!
