QuestionI would like to compare the resistance I'm riding at day by day. Is there a resistance gauge or numbers for the resistance that are displayed for the user to keep track of?

- Answer stayfit Great question! The screen on this unit does have the option to display the current resistance level of the pedals. Please keep in mind that in the manual mode, the console will not keep track of your daily resistance numbers for you. QuestionI want to confirm that the handlebars are adjustable, and if so what is the range does it adjust from top to bottom. I'm pretty tall (5'9") and prefer to sit more upright than having to hunch over the handlebars too much. Thanks!

The handlebars feature 5 different vertical adjustment positions and the seat features 10 vertical adjustment positions as well as an adjustable horizontal reach. QuestionI have a pfex63919 bike and I need to change the left crank arm for the pedal. However, there is a cap of some sort over the price I need to switch out the crank. It does not come off with a Flathead. How do I change the crank arm?

- Answer No,this is a basic model. You would need to upgrade to the next model with full display. We intend to use a phone or use a tv on wall to display scenery or workouts. Manual adjustment of resistance.

QuestionIt looks like I am missing either lower wire (82) or upper wire (90) on the front of the bike. I only have one of the ends, not a second wire to plug into. Page 11 in the instructions. Anyone know what I should do?

- Answer You can change the resistance through the iFit app. If you are using other apps and programs you will probably have to move your iPad and manually press the buttons.
