“Is it more of a stair stepper than an elliptical?”

• It’s really a combination of both. It gives you the workout & motion of a stepper with the movement of an elliptical as well. I love mine, my wife not so much because of her height, there’s no adjustment for any of the movement & the up & down is too long of a stride for her.
