The pull-up bar at the top is the widest point on this equipment with the two angled tips of the bar being 45 inches apart. The straight part of this pull-up bar measures 26 inches from each point where it connects to the stand.
The backrest padding is about 11 inches wide. Each horizontal bar reaches out from the backrest area about 20 inches to the front handles.
Measurements from the inner edge of the right arm rest padding to the inner edge of the left arm rest padding is about 22 inches. This arm rest is approximately 56 inches from the floor.
The approximate measurement from vertical handle to vertical handle is about 26 inches.

A:AnswerTry switching the legs. You'll have to take it apart but it was pretty fast. I think the legs are marked left and right when looking at it from behind, like you're standing on it. That's how the pull up bar would fit for me. Once we switched the legs it went together easily.

I would recommend adding an additional 4 or 5 in to what your head is
So if your heads is 10in in height, you would want almost 100in of clearance

A:AnswerI had to install it myself it’s great !!!! Very sturdy I am 134 and my husband is 240 and it doesn’t budge . Oh and make sure that you put the base right if the top pull up bar doesn’t slide in it means the stand was put on opposite sides . It should just slip right in .
A:AnswerNo there are no assists built into this set up. We purchased some assistance pull up bands from Amazon that can be hung from the top chin up bar to help as you build muscle
