Thank you for your interest in our products. This treadmill does not have a built in heart rate monitor but is compatible with Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitors. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The machine was never set up correctly by their Geek Crew, and I found out that they are incapable of servicing the treadmill after it has been delivered! In my opinion, Best Buy is not equipped to sell and service exercise equipment.
