JCSA Yes, this is a feature on our ProForm treadmill. It will auto adjust to iFIT workouts. Without an iFIT membership, the console features a selection of workouts. Each workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session. With an iFIT membership, you could also gain access to ActivePulse which will auto adjust your workouts not only to the trainer-led instructions but to support your personalized optimal heart rate zone so every workout is geared toward your individual progress.
