A:AnswerI run and walk at 4mph speed. My teenage son likes to sprint at 7mph. I do more incline walking-hiking when using the iFIT program. I run 5 and 10Ks in iFIT. We both run about 3 miles 3xs a week. It is sturdy, doesn’t squeak when we run. We run with the fans on full blast. We are 5’3” ish but I think this would be good for someone taller as well. I have neck, back and joint pain and this helps me get my steps in. I researched this and the Nordic track. I think this is better value for the money. I bought the Best Buy tech program so delivery and installation were free and the unit is covered for 2 yrs. Would recommend.
A:AnswerThe specs say 300 lbs. the great thing is the instructor lead trainings. I didn’t think I’d would like it as much as I did. Lots of walks at varying levels which will be great for beginners and people looking for weight loss.

A:AnswerThe shelf to rest a tablet or book is located just under the screen so the screen and controls just under the screen would be covered by the tablet. But the volume, fan, start, stop, increase and decrease buttons would still be accessible.
If you have further questions, email [email protected].

We do not recommend using equipment in a garage unless it is set up as an insulated and clean home-gym area. Most garages do not have enough insulation to protect the machine against extreme temperature changes or the extra dust that can accumulate in the environment.
If the machine is left in an environment like this and damage occurs, it can be seen as user-caused damage that may void the warranty coverage.
Contact us at [email protected] for more information.

Yes, this is a feature on our ProForm treadmill. It will auto adjust to iFIT workouts. Without an iFIT membership, the console features a selection of workouts. Each workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session.
With an iFIT membership, you could also gain access to ActivePulse which will auto adjust your workouts not only to the trainer-led instructions but to support your personalized optimal heart rate zone so every workout is geared toward your individual progress.
Let us know if you have any further questions at [email protected].
Thanks - ProForm

Our consoles do not have compatibility to stream anything outside of content from the iFIT app. This is to safeguard the automated workout settings on your machine and ensure the safety of the equipment.

This unit has one pair of wheels. As you indicate that there are wheels on the “back” we suspect the wheels have been placed correctly on your unit. There are no more than two on this unit.
To easily move this treadmill, it’s best to fold the treadmill in the upright position and use these wheels. You can find directions for how to do this on page 29 of your user manual. Moving the treadmill may require two people.
