QuestionMy treadmill isn't starting. I signed up for the ifit program so when trying to start a workout from my phone or start it says please place safety key in position even when the safety key is already in position and it makes a beeping sound. What's wrong?

- Answer It takes about 2 hours for 2 people to put this together . Easy instructions . It has a very heavy base so when delivered make sure they leave it where you want it set up. Treadmill comes preloaded with 20 workouts so we didn’t do the xtra membership. We love it. It’s a great buy

- Answer JCSA Yes, this is a feature on our ProForm treadmill. It will auto adjust to iFIT workouts and to the 20 onboarded workouts available on the machine without an iFIT membership. With an iFIT membership, you could also gain access to ActivePulse which will auto adjust your workouts not only to the trainer-led instructions but to support your personalized optimal heart rate zone so every workout is geared toward your individual progress. - Answer Mitch Let’s look at each of your questions: 1 - 0 – 10 MPH Speed With its powerful motor, this machine can take you all the way from 0 to 10 miles per hour. The built-in efficiency booster lets you run every day without using excessive amounts of electricity. 2 - SpaceSaver® Design The SpaceSaver® design makes it easy to bring high-powered workouts right into your home. This design lets you fold the deck up and out of the way after your workout for a simple home storage solution. 3 - Every belt design is tested for one million cycles at double the user weight before release. The first time you use the treadmill, observe the alignment of the walking belt, and center the walking belt if necessary. Instructions for this are found in your user manual. QuestionWhat is the deck height? I have very low ceiling and want to make sure this treadmill would work.

The box should fit easily through the door when rotated to the side. Please be sure more than one person is safely carrying the package as it is pretty heavy.
