MoShawn7 Your user manual indicates that the first time you use the treadmill, observe the alignment of the walking belt and center if necessary by following the instructions on page 31: Remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the heck key to turn the left idler roller screw ½ of a turn. If the belt is shifted to the left, turn this clockwise. If it is shifted to the right, turn this counterclockwise. Be careful not to overtighten the walking belt. When the walking belt is correctly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of it 2-3 inches off the walking platform. Turn on the machine and walk on the treadmill for a few minutes to try it out before repeating these steps as necessary to ensure the walking belt is centered.
