no you can’t play netflix like a tv on the screen

It has the ability to connect to WiFi and run iFIT workouts or onboard workouts. To use apps like YouTube or Netflix, you can use the tablet holder above the touchscreen. This will clip another device to the machine and so you can navigate on another screen as desired. Instructions to use the tablet holder can be found on page 29 of the user manual.
