• Stacy Yes, you can measure your heart rate using a compatible Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitor. Wearing the heart rate monitor before you start the walking belt, the console will automatically search for the heart rate monitor for 30 seconds when you start walking at the beginning of each workout.
