Annie The Pro2000 (model #PETL17818) and Pro 5000 have two different console bases and frame widths/styles. The Pro 5000 has double the WiFi access (MP14 instead of MP7) and a smaller product footprint measurement overall, lowering the step-up height by almost a full inch.
