Simon The workouts available on your touchscreen without iFIT membership are still located within the iFIT library. Simply bypass signing in when you enter iFIT and you will be able to see a selection of free workouts accessed by you without an iFIT membership. The available selections may change periodically, but usually are located within a studio with a trainer. If you create an iFIT subscription, you will gain access to iFIT’s full library of live and on-demand workouts.
