How does this power on and off? Is there a switch? null

Unfortunately it’s a manual on/off “button” - they look great but would have preferred a remote option, as when installed it’s reaching up to turn on and off or if you just want to enjoy from afar.

Push button that was three or four different lighting settings low, medium, high, and off.
