You will need to lift the tank off of the base, flip the tank over and remove the screw cap. The hole were the screw cap was is where the tank gets filled from. You will then screw the cap back on, flip the tank back over and place it on the base.
Just lift the water reservoir straight up turn it over fill it and put it back. I have no spillage when refilling it!
Tank needs to be inverted to fill and flipped back to replace
I keep it on a large plastic tray on the floor with a gallon plastic pitcher. The humidifier needs to be filled about every 3 days. We use it only at night. When it is getting low, I fill the pitcher with water, remove the elongated blue holder and fill it from the bottom. Then screw the holder back on. No problem.
So on the bottem there is the out let cap that is spring loaded to let the water out when it is sat on the base. After you unscrew it I normaly use the tub to fill it. Unfortunately the hole is just small enough where the Spicket does not fit completely so you have to dry it off when your done filling it.
There a screw cap on the bottom of the tank that you need to unscrew and fill with water
You can fill it from a container of water, but I usually just fill it from the faucet in the tub. It is easy to do!
