- Answer You will need to lift the tank off of the base, flip the tank over and remove the screw cap. The hole were the screw cap was is where the tank gets filled from. You will then screw the cap back on, flip the tank back over and place it on the base.

QuestionI've tried cleaning the bottom inside of the product, I am not able to reach all areas. What "brush" would you recommend. I saw in a previous question the answer was a brush, however it requires a special brush that bends and can fit in the small hole.

- Answer It is best to clean the tank with 100% white vinegar and a bottle brush or bendable straw brush.

- Answer We suggest you pour 100% white vinegar in the tank and allow it to soak for 15 minutes and then use a bottle brush to clean the harder to reach areas.
