QuestionThe description says "QFX Retro cassette recorder". Is there a mic and/or a place to plug in a mic? Can you record from the radio?

- Answer there is a built-in microphone. there is NO connection to connect external microphone. there is a line in to be connected to other audio sources such as CD players or radios or other cassette players. you can record from radios via the built-in microphone or via the line in connection. you may contact the QFX support for more information and instruction.

QuestionWho can fix the tape recorder? When it rewinds it snaps the tape instead of stopping,, like it should slow down and then automatically stop.

- Answer the correct unit size are: 35 x 19 x 10 cm. in our website, the size of the gift box are 14.5 x 4.75 x 7.5 inches, which they are correct. those numbers in the BestBuy site are wrong.

- Answer Yes. It does. Inside the battery compartment, there's a tiny box where you can choose 110V or 220V. You toggle the switch using a thin tool.
