• Yes. It does. Inside the battery compartment, there's a tiny box where you can choose 110V or 220V. You toggle the switch using a thin tool.

• yes. this unit is SWITCHABLE dual voltage. PLS MAKE SURE SET THE SWITCH ON 220 LOCATED IN THE BATTERY DEPARTMENT BEFORE PLUG IT OTHERWISE THE UNIT WILL BE DAMAGED PERMANENTLY IN LESS THAN A SECOND.
