Take it to the store and get it exchanged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm fairly certain BestBuy will help exchange the headset for another in store assuming you haven't waited too long or exceeded the return window. I would just take it in store and get this done asap. They don't usually monitor the review or questions section for issues like this.
