What region the game are? American/Europe/free? null

All models of 3DS / 2DS are Region Locked. You have to buy the version of the game that matches the region of your 3DS/2DS.

I am from the U.S, Texas, to be a little more specific, and purchased it at the Best Buy store.

As all other 3DS entries, the games are region locked. This game, coming from the US, is US region locked.

America. 3DS are region locked.

The game itself can be played on any 3DS that is either either american-based or region free. You would have to unlock your 3 DS to make it region free the cartridges are not region locked it is the handheld's themselves that are.
