For the Phantom, when the keycaps aren't lit they appear completely black and are unreadable. Great for FN keys, but terrible if you don't want any keyboard lights on at all. I personally love the Phantom edition.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The difference is the key caps. The phantom has caps that hide the legends but are visible with rgb. The sides of the caps are semi translucent as well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The difference from what I know of is just the keycaps. The phantom keys are "pudding style" and have a bit of transparency for better RGB Lighting. They aren't SUPER bright, but they do give your keys additional glow from underneath the keycaps. It gives it a "ghostly" look. Personally, I love it since Razer's physical RGB attributes are usually more on the stealth side.
