Mine was bought Open-Box... But other than having to install a few drivers, it ran fine out of the box. I did eventually put in a new NVMe 1tb drive and clean installed Windows myself. No problems so far. Edits 4k video like a champ. I do recommend buying the 3yr Geek Squad Hardware Warranty,

Thanks Razor and Best Buy for the $2,000.00 paperweight. Unfortunately this laptop was purchased with my 16 year old son's inheritance from his beloved Grandmother after she passed in March 2019. Now he has to live with the memory of a dead laptop near the 1 year anniversary of his dead beloved grandmother. Razor only covers 1 year. How convenient that the laptop is dead a couple of months after the warranty expires.
