- Answer Razer tech support team replied and since this product page is all messed up, wrong resolution and RAM size. This one has 16GB when I looked up the model number and razer showed it to me as well

- Answer The 16GB of RAM are socketed, to my knowledge; they're quite easily upgradeable when you open up the laptop, as is the SSD.
