so how many m2 slots is it...(1 extra) how many ram slots is it 2 and are both ram slots able to be replaced to up to 64GB (2 RAM slots expandable to 64 GB). if I have two 2TB SSD all ready and one has windows and put it into this one it should boot up etc. (You may use 2 2TB SSD, however, the SSD for booting windows should be a copy of your current booting disk, there is a process on how to do this.)

I purchased Kingston HyperX 64GB HX432S20IBK2/64 and it's working great. While a preloaded m.2 might work okay, there could be driver issues with starting up if the old PC has a different chipset. You could instead install your drive as a non boot drive and use the existing windows install. Otherwise, you could grab the USB Windows installer from the Microsoft site and do a repair to allow boot.
