- Answer Not sure. The 2 lower versions have a matte screen. This may be a picture of the 4k version which is also touch enabled. I think that highest version has a glossy screen.

- Answer It's available in 4K variant and 120 Hz. You might try going through the Advanced Settings on your dektops if it supports changing the value to 144 Hz.
