• They come with "True Comfort" foam tips. Those or the extra grip sets would be ideal for excess movement. I wear them every week (extra grip silicone tips) at work when we're unloading the distribution center truck at my store and they rarely if ever fall out. I'm not gonna say they won't EVER fall out, because that's simply untrue. The majority of the time though, they stay put.

• The razor hammerhead buds in my opinion sits in my ears pretty snug. I’ve never worked out in them but walking around town they stay in your ear.

• Yes. These earbuds are very good for sports. They are easy to take with you to the gym, and even though they don't come with differently sized ear-tips, they should be stable enough for running or light workouts.
