Yes, you can use these headphones with a tablet. These headphones have 2 jacks (sound and mic), and a splitter. If you are familiar with the headphones that come with the iPhone, you will note that the headphones only have 1 jack, but allow sound and mic capability. You can use the splitter, which is included with the Kraken Razer Pros, to combine the 2 jacks into 1 jack and have sound and mic capability. You can then use this 1 jack on your tablet and take advantage any apps where a mic is used (i.e. Skype).

Yes. It can be used with most smartphones as well. The Mic should work as well. There are two pieces to the cord that plugs in. One, plugs in like a regular headset to a phone/tablet. Cord Two, plugs into the PC headphone and mic jacks.

Yes. Most tablets and smartphones have a 3.5mm headphone jack that supports the 3.5mm jack these headphones have. These headphones can be used for audio and for picking up your voice if you were on a Skype call or something.
