You can enable or disable sidetone within the Razer Synapse program. you can set it as high or as low as you’d like.

if you download synapse (razer equipment hub on pc) and go to audio you can tell it to playback voice or not

Yes. There is a setting called "sidetone" in the Razer Synapse software that will allow you adjust the level of mic feedback. Its a great feature!
