This is a US company. I bought the first Razer for my son. It had an odd software problem that could not be resolved by factory reset. We did an exchange under warranty to the US factory. Very responsive, excellent warranty service.

I had an issue with my original Razer Phone 1 where a band across the screen stopped responding about 6 months after my purchase. Through their online chat, I performed the troubleshooting steps, none of it worked. Within 24 hours, I had a RMA number and a pre-paid FedEx shipping label in my email. I packaged up the phone, took it to a FedEx store, shipped it back (2-day shipping). Once received they have a 2-5 business day turn-around to process the RMA, then shipped me a factory refurbished replacement phone (only had remaining warranty of the original phone). Overall not a bad process, and I did end up with a working phone. Only frustrating part was the 2-weeks I went without a phone because of the shipping/processing.
