• Razer themselves have a 1.5 to 2 year warranty on all of their peripherals regardless of where you bought it, register the product through them and you should be good. I assume if you bought a warranty through best buy you can get a replacement through best buy then register that one with razer in case something similar occurs again.

• This might sound insanity stupid but I had the same problem just click it a lot it’s something with the switches but after a while it will sound fine and feel fine.
