Is this tv antenna a terrestrial antenna? null

If you mean by "terrestrial" does it pick up signals "over-the-air" then the answer is yes. This is an alternative to satellite and cable TV. However, you should be relatively close to the point of transmission (tower) to pick up a clear reliable signal. I'm about 20 miles out of town, and this antenna is less than ideal.
