Depends on how far away your are from your local broadcasting tower's. there is actually a app you can down load from your Android or Apple phone ,ect.that will tell you how far the local broadcasting tower's are from you . enter your zip code . This will tell you how far away you are from them. I'm in kc.mo and im about 50 miles away from the broadcasting tower and I get about 30 channels. Hope that helps.

As many that are within 40 miles of your house. A lot of Spanish,religious and shopping channels but on my TV I can delete the ones I will never watch

I get about 20 channels. The antenna needs to be close to windows and it depends on your area. I'm in Tampa bay and getting all major channels plus some that I never even heard of. I'd recommend this product.
