“Does it work well with older analog tv? My parents do not have a digital TV, just a converter box to receive digital channels. Will it help pull in more channels than the 5 or 6 local ones they currently watch?”

As long as they can tune it in. They would have to keep their Analog on ch3 or 4, pending the selector switch on the back of the converter box But this unit works best with a digital Tuner.. As the Digital Channels have to process the Signals.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will work with the converter box. You may have to move the antenna around and run a new channel scan each time in order to pick new channels. You can also go on line and check where the location of the tv towers are in your area, then point the antenna in that direction. The closer the antenna is to a window should also help
