It will only pickup local digital channels with their sub channels such as ABC , NBC, and CBS, we got 28 local channels and sub channels.

This is a powered antenna, but it only picks up what is broadcast over the air within a 30-35 mile radius of your home. No cable based channels broadcast. I get all 4 networks channels, 3 public education channels, and a number of nostalgia channels that show old TV series. In my local area I get 20 or so channels.

This will depend entirely on your distance from the nearest tower. I'm approx 30 miles from one and couldn't get a single channel with this antenna.

I get 32 channels using this in Virginia Beach, Virginia
