• Yes, it plugs in. Easy installation. There is an app available to download to find the best location to direct it towards the satellite. Clear picture with more channels than I expected.

• Yes, a plug is provided. A red light will appear in front of the antenna once you connect to power. It's a great antenna, very pleased!
