YES, YOU DO HAVE TO PUT THE CALL ON HOLD. THEN YOU SELECT THE LINE YOUR ON HANDSET
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.actually that could be happening, but not always. We have 2 sets of the phones, in our home and one in our warehouse. Only one of the speaker phones will work and only one of the answering machines will work, but not the same phone. We have been very unhappy with this whole phone system.
