Yes it does. However...you will need to buy Samsung's official Usb-c to 3.5mm jack cord. It's a 2.5-3" long cord that plugs into your USB-c port and the other end is a 3.5mm jack. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE OFFICIAL SAMSUNG CABLE. There are other cables that look the same, but to use these microphones with your 10S you have to buy the Samsung official cable otherwise it won't work. I've already tried.
