Call quality improvement? The phone is an iPhone 5S with T-Mobile Service, it is a company cell phone so I do not use any data or browse the web or anything like that on it, just phone calls.

I do not have issues with calls dropping, but often clients complain that I am breaking up, or that I sound as though I am "distant" - will this device improve this issue? Obviously, I am not looking for a guarantee or anything, but it is likely to improve my situation?

I have an iPhone SE with T-Mobile and I didn't notice any difference. I wouldn't recommend it.

Yes, it greatly improved my call quality. People could hear me more clearly without breaking up.

I am using this antenna with iphone 6 and iphone 5s. What i noticed is that when i go through roads with roads which I usually go, i saw that the call doesnt drop or the signal doesnt fade completely.
Next instance i saw improvement is that the call drop doesnt happen at all which used to happen in the place earlier. I definitely recommend this product for your tmobile service.

This antenna with a booster will improve reception of cell phones. Sometimes the cases used for protection of certain phones can cause various types of voice distortion.

We had the same issue, with an iPhone 5 in Michigan using Verizon. Unfortunately, not very effective.
