i Purchased the "ReachAntenna" for my iPhone 5s during a trip to Best Buy to do HD TV research. It was a spontaneous "WOW, I NEED ONE OF THOSE" kind of purchases and I'm glad to have the easily installable low-profile gadget. I don't even notice it being there exept for the Reach symbol were there once was an Apple and the extra boost that is not mind blowing yet noticable. If $40 bucks ain't gonna break the bank then check it out.

I was very skeptical about buying this product after reading so many mixed reviews. It seems as this product went 50/50 on either it worked or it didn't for people. So I gave it a shot and it definitely worked for me! At my home, 70% of the time I have NO SERVICE, and when I do have service it's only one bar (Iphone SE, T-Mobile) and I live in an area away from the city. So a couple of days before I got this product, I did a test on Speedtest.net, which was a joke. Then when I got the product in the mail, I raced inside the house to install it (very easy). I killed all the apps in the background and turned off wi-fi and just left the default cellular data on. ThenI turned off the phone, then I installed the product. When I turned it on, I gave it a minute to let the phone configure itself completely, and I proceeded to speedtest.net and I was blown away by the results. NOTE: I still had one bar of signal showing on my phone, and it rarely says NO SERVICE, and when it does, it just catches a signal very quick. I took a screenshot of the before and after. As you can see in the picture, Oct 28 was before I installed the ReachAntenna, and Oct 31 was after I installed. If you noticed, my signal was still at 1 bar, yet the effect of the ReachAntenna worked its magic.

I travel a lot so I needed a product that could give me better quality phone service on my Iphone. It seems to be helping me with better reception in some of those places where it was "iffy" before.

I bought this for use in a specific location and was saddened to find out that it doesn't actually improve my reception in that location. Still only minimal service, no detectable improvement.

Bought this antenna extender for my mother who was having difficulties using her phone in her office. She can now use it without problem. Seems to work to me.

The Reach antenna was easy to install and included a nice tray and squeegee to smooth out any air bubbles. I was still able to fit my I-Phone with it installed into my Otter Box case, unfortunately it didn't seem to help the reception of my phone. I returned it and the sales person at Best Buy indicated that the product was "hit or miss", some people did find it helped them.

I needed a signal boost at our place in SW Oklahoma where the coverage is weak in the area. The antenna seems to help some in this area.

It worked well for the wifi. I had hoped it would help the phone signal. Unfortunately it didn't help the phone reception.

Bought this for my mother whos phone doesnt's seem to get great reception everywhere. Seems to help.

Really I cannot confirm the 1.5X claim but in any case I have the feeling that is working... very easy to install.

Useful product for Iphone users. I work in an industrial complex inside a metal blast proof trailer. Without the Reach Antenna, I had 1 bar of reception and SpeedTest.net said I had 3Mb/sec download speed. With the Reach Antenna I usually maintain 2 bars, and have 6-8Mb/sec. Call quality was unaffected but my ability to receive emails and stream Pandora is drastically improved.

Works as advertised. After installation I had no dropped calls, and signal is a bit stronger in certain rooms.

I see better signal with phone when going through roads with bad signal.

Great but not excellent, a modest boost for the price.

Love this antenna. Helps pick up signal when you barely have any.

fits to iphone very nice, comes with easy on applicator. The antenna did not seem to help my situation any. We live in the country among hills and trees and just do not get a good enough signal to amplify. It might work for you in your situation ?

I bought this for my son as his phone had trouble getting a signal, especially at school. Others with different carriers didn't seem to have a problem. The device has adhesive to stick to the back of the phone and worked great. He was thrilled. Unfortunately, the adhesive isn't very good and so the device slips and then doesn't work. Very frustrating to my son. I was thinking about getting one for my phone, but not after seeing that there are issues with the device staying in place.

On very weak towers will not work. As in Church with metal roof before i could receive some calls but not all. Now none.Only used in activites at church

Have I noticed improvements in signal strength? Sometimes. Does it increase data speeds, no. This is similar to the antennas you could purchase years ago to place in the battery compartment of a cell phone. Personally I do not think it is worth the amount of money it costs for the benefit it is supposed to achieve. Can't really recommend it.
