Yes, it should work with your case. I have an Otterbox on my iPhone 5s and it fit back on perfectly after I added the antenna.

It depends on the case. The one I use all the time (basic Belkin) still fits, but another (fancier Native Union wooden) doesn't fit at all. The antenna makes your phone just a little bit thicker.

I have a clear tech21 vinyl type impact case on my iPhone 5s and I am able to get 1 bar at previously dead spots w/ the reach antenna.

yes, works great I have a Otter box and it has boosted well. no dropped calls since install, not the best data boos at my house, but I have a metal roof.

Yes, Reach Antenna is designed to work with a case on the phone. It works with most cases, except those containing metal.

As long as your case is not made of metal. Metal cases interfere with signal according to manufacturer
