Q: QuestionCan you turn off the heater and still have the flame? Does it work on standard 110 outlets?
Asked by DeeDee.
- A:Answer Yes, you can have the flame without the heat. A 15amp, 120 volt circuit is required. A dedicated circuit is preferred but not essential in all cases. A dedicated circuit will be required if, after installation, the circuit breaker trips or fuse blows on a regular basis when the heater is operating. Additional appliances on the same circuit may exceed the current rating of the circuit breaker.

Q: QuestionDoes the heater have a separate reset button?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer To do a factory reset of this unit, you would want to leave it unplugged for at least an hour and turn it on manually at the fire box, not using the remote, when you plug it back in.

Q: QuestionHow many square feet is this designed to heat?
Asked by Geoff.
- A:Answer This unit will heat up to a 1000 square foot space supplementary. This is not intended to be the only source of heat and the impact will vary depending on the size of the room. For example, this will heat up a 10x10 square foot room with average ceiling heights 10 degrees in an hour. The larger the room the less of an impact the heater will have.
