“I have purchased 2 of these from Best Buy in the last couple of days, neither one would charge, the charger either indicated it was a bad battery or wouldn't engage on charging indicating the voltage was possibly too low. How do I get a good battery?”

So it seems I'm not the only one having very bad luck with these Yuneec batteries from Best Buy. One out of 4 that I've purchased was able to get more than 4 flights, the other 3 are shot. The one that still works gives me 14 minutes of flight time (out of an estimated 25). Searching for a better battery or a better source for them.

Please try again later.I'm from Quebec, Canada and when I bought my ''Typhooon Q500 4K'' less than 2 years ago, who would of thought that one of my battery's was used for my first flight and then was put away for the winter. Well what a surprise the next summer to notice that it was game over for this Battery. I was told that it had whent down so low that the charger didn't even recognize it any more and there was nothing to do about it. We're talking about a battery that's worth well over $100 so you expect to use it for several years. Mine was used once...If only I would of known before paying more than $1000. can. for this drone.
