My pre-order was cancelled but I had a pre-order code inside the case behind a picture of a horse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The exact same thing happened with my order.... a total of 5 times. I even called customer service and had them enter the order (3 of the 5 times) and it still cancelled. I was given a milion different reasons/explanations as to why it was happening, none of which made any sense. Honestly, they had absolutely no clue as to why it was happening. But it was a glitch on their end. This reply is no more help than the customer service reps were, but it's all I have.
