Depends. These speakers are not meant to be the main speakers in a large room. They would work in a 2.1 system for a computer or small bedroom. I use them as studio speakers and they work great because I hear exactly what I recorded. I don’t think they would be my choice for a stand alone or 2.1 theater system.
