“I followed the directions in the manual to connect these speakers to my turntable but I am not hearing any sound. Since there is a pre-amp built in, I shouldn't need an external amp or a receiver, correct? What can I check to fix the problem?”

• Make sure the speakers are set to the phono input on the remote. LED light will change colors to know you are in the correct input.

• Check the toggle switch on the speaker to ensure phono/turntable is selected. Also check the back of your turntable for a switch to verify it is selected for line out.
