“Is the OS platform version (15359.58.0) and when do automatic updates end?”

• Mine was NOT updated to the latest version of OS. I had to go in and do that. The Chromebook itself was also not updated and I had to update that as well. It did not happen automatically when setting up the Chromebook. This was really disappointing as mine is refurbished and I would expect it to be updated during the refurb. Now that it is set up, it does have an automatic update until 2029.

• Thank you for the question. This is a refurbished Chromebook, and we don't know what OS is loaded. However, it should update to the latest version during setup. The auto-update expiration of the Chromebook 11 G7 EE is June 2029.
