I purchased this laptop knowing that it has been refurbished. I bought it for Myself to use in my college classes and so far I've not had any problems with it. In my opinion Joy Systems did an amazing job on the refurbish and Veronica did a good job at assembling it.

Received an HP Chromebook refurbished by Joysystems. It works great and looks ready to meet all my child needs for school.

The device is good, great speed. I was disappointed with whoever did the refurbishing and I honestly question how long my Chromebook will last. When I received it, I set it up as I have with any other Chromebook. I then tried to watch Netflix on it and received an error message that the version of Google Chrome was not up to date. It took 10 minutes to update and it restarted. I then decided to check the Chromebook updates and found that that was ALSO not updated. It took another 5 minutes and a restart to update the Chromebook itself. A refurbished Chromebook should already be running up to date Chrome and the Chromebook itself should be updated. I'm not sure if I'll keep the device because I can't know if it has actually been refurbished.

It’s work just fine, I love how fast it responds and how easy it is to use, the only thing I don’t really like is how small the screen is but besides that everything is great.

It came in great packaging, Works amazing, Wasn’t slow compared to the ones in school.

I had received this Chromebook from a school I am attending and it works wonders it's awesome and nothing came wrong with the device it was a very fast delivery.

The chromebook came in great shape,It was provided by the company joy system and I definitely recommend going through the company they also give you great deals after ordering so I recommend the company and product, It's great for school,work ect.

Came with a couple of scratched on the top but aside from that nothing else was damaged. Keyboard is different from what i am used to. I have only been using the laptop for a week but so far it has been functioning well.

My daughters have been so pleased with their devices! Thank you joysystems
