My husband is 298lbs and 5'7". He says most comfortable rocker he has ever had. The only complaint he has is he's so short, his feet don't touch the ground like his old one. He likes his feet on the ground. If you're 5'8" or taller it is just a little better for you. I'm 5'8" and have no problem. Hope this helps.
